Invite your team

Add users and assign roles in the Threatmatic Console

Invite your team

Threatmatic uses role-based access to control who can manage policies, view devices, and administer the organization.

Available roles

RoleDescription
OwnerFull access including billing and organization settings
AdminManage policies, devices, users, and configuration
AnalystRead-only access to logs, events, and device status
AuditorRead-only access scoped to compliance and audit reports

Steps

Navigate to Members

  1. Sign in to the Console
  2. Go to Organization → Members
  3. Click Invite Member

Send invitations

  1. Enter the email address of each person you want to invite
  2. Select their role
  3. Click Send Invite

Invitees will receive an email with a sign-in link. If your organization uses SSO, they will be directed through your identity provider automatically.

Manage pending invitations

Pending invitations are listed under Organization → Members → Pending. You can resend or revoke an invitation at any time.

For larger teams, connect an identity provider to sync users and groups automatically rather than inviting individually. See Connect an identity provider.
